4. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts

  • You comply with applicable laws and regulations

5. Property Information

  • All property descriptions, layouts, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Images, brochures, and marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only.

6. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deduction of administrative charges and as per the agreement.
  • In case of default in payment, Nexxus Homz reserves the right to cancel the booking.

  • Clients are responsible for verifying legal documents and conducting due diligence before purchase.
  • Nexxus Homz shall provide necessary documentation as required by law.

9. Possession and Development

    • Natural events
    • Force majeure conditions
  • Nexxus Homz will not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control.

10. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

  • Make timely payments
  • Provide accurate documentation
  • Comply with legal requirements for property registration
  • Not misuse or illegally occupy the property

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Nexxus Homz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service.
  • We are not responsible for third-party actions, including government authorities or financial institutions.

12. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, brochures, logos, and materials belong to Nexxus Homz.
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

13. Privacy Policy

  • Client information will be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not sell personal data to third parties.
  • Information may be shared with legal authorities if required by law.

14. Force Majeure

Nexxus Homz shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to:
